About the last post, I found it while wandering the internet.

Can't remember most of what happened (sad, I know, memory), but luckily, they have posted the schedule on the website, making me remember much more.

First day is quite a lot of briefing. In fact the schedule says it was ALL briefing except the mentoring, but it doesn't fit, something else must have happened. I immitated the teacher(s)/principal(s) speaking (aka say exactly what they say immediately after they say the word) and I accurately predicted more than two of the words they said.

Modified the school creed. My versions looks idiotic, but funny still.

Second day. Least interesting part of the day, no insult to my house, but... I just don't see the point. I mean, they say we don't need to play sports to help our house, but then other than that what? Cheerleading? The most I can do is to cheer loudly during the house competitions and try to learn the cheers. So, what is the point of sorting us into houses if we have house-based activities like competitions (meeting not counted. there would be no meeting if theres no events.) what, four times a year?

People in a mentor group, we face each others when we go to school, so no matter what, we still get to know each others. CCAs meet once a week, and those are far more interesting than house meetings. But houses? I can't go to another class and pick out all the fibos. So bonding within the house already has a huge disadvantage.

And they have to change it a lot to overcome it.

Tried to get Terry to become the captain for the year 1 and 2, can't remember the exact term. He got nominated, but not voted. So funny, when they asked for Terry voters the whole of his class raised their hands, and because I knew him, I voted, and Chris too, but by luck we were all sitting in two rows at the back. One whole block raising hands, and no one else voting.

Ms Sim is our house mistress, oooohhh...

Then the least good (worst) part of the day, learning the mass dance...

Next comes today. Rahul did not come, because of flu (I think), neither did kenrick. Two-hour briefing in the audi. Games. Tiring. Very tiring, but got to know some of the year ones. Had to memorize school creed, too. But it was fun, even if we didn't win. I was abit shocked at how much we managed to do, even with *certain* PSLs telling us that we were supposed to move as a group.

Mass Dance. Not as bad as I expected. In fact, much better than I expected.

Ok, I read through what I wrote, and I have to say Orientation was much, much better than whatever I made it sound like. It was GOOD, but somehow I can't say why. The above is all I remember (sad...) For comparison, I will say that it is the best thing that the school has organised that I have seen. Even the first and second days were GOOD, but I DON'T KNOW WHY!! I can't pinpoint it down. Very strange.

One more time. ORIENTATION WAS GOOD!

All that's wrong now is that now its weekends. Came too fast.

2007 should be different. And better than 2006.
